Crenshaw schools celebrate Family Day
During the month of October, all Crenshaw County schools hosted a Family Day for K-4 through sixth grade students. This annual event was held at Highland Home School and Luverne School on Oct. 12 and at Brantley School on Oct. 13. Sack lunches were served to those visiting with students and attendees were invited to join their students on the football field for a picnic lunch. Family Day at all three schools had to be moved inside due to rain, but despite the dreary weather, families found the event to be an enjoyable success.
