Crenshaw County 4-H has opportunities for 4-H fun over the summer break

Crenshaw County 4-H has some great opportunities for 4-H fun over the summer break! Garden club meets tomorrow!
EVERY Thursday during June and July, the Cooking Club will meet at the Luverne Public Library at 10:00 am. Please call the Library at 335-5326 to pre-register for these meetings.
Farmers Market– Mondays from 3-6 pm. Extension and 4-H will be at the Farmers Market. Be sure to come support local producers and play some games at the Extension tables.
June 9th – Garden Club(meeting earlier than usual in June & July) will meet 8:30am- 10:00 am to check on the plants and participate in a planned garden activity. This is for ages 5-18. More garden days will be announced soon with the times throughout the summer.
July 11th – Faux Calligraphy at 10:00 am at the Luverne Public Library, please pre-register by calling the library. There is a max of 12 for this class.
Shooting Sports is on hold for right now. Plans are in the works for the upcoming 4-H year that begins in August. There will be a meeting for those who are interested in joining Archery and/or Air Rifle sometime in July or August. If you are 9-18 and are interested in either club, please call the Extension Office to have your name added to the list.
