Fireworks close Luverne Fourth festivities

Fourth of July celebrations for Luverne culminated in a dazzling fireworks display presented by Luverne Parks and Recreation. E.L. Turner Park came alive for the evening, packed with children climbing playground equipment, youths shooting hoops and everyone waiting for the show to commence. And the pyrotechnics launched just after 8:30 p.m. did not disappoint.
