Congratulations to Lapine native, Lauren Duffell, who received the Shibley-Hicks Biology/Biochemistry scholarship from LaGrange College. Duffell, a graduate of Highland Home School, received the award at the institution’s Honors Day ceremony on April 24. She is studying pre-veterinary medicine at LaGrange and is in her junior year at the college.
