Local auto parts manufacturer ITAC has named Glenda Perdue as its May Team Member. Nominated by her supervisor, Ji Tae Chang, Perdue was ranked as excellent in every benchmark and commended for her commitment to teamwork, and initiative.

“I would like to recognize Miss Glenda for proactively promoting teamwork without being asked and for addressing unfamiliar situations with her commitment and diligence,” Chang said in the nomination. “Additionally, her ability to anticipate potential issues within the General Affairs department and manage them responsibly before they become problems is highly appreciated.” 

Monthly team member awardees receive a certificate of appreciation and a designated parking spot to honor their commitment and positive contribution. They are also honored by a mention on ITAC’s social media platforms.

Lee noted how Betto carried out supervisory duty for a team member’s area with ease and a positive attitude.

“[Perdue] takes charge of everything, plans meticulously and always goes the extra mile, delivering results beyond what’s asked,” Chang said. “She’s the overachiever we all wish we could be!”
