Crenshaw County’s Dolly Parton Imagination Library program continues to set the standard for excellence. Recently, the program was recognized among the top four counties in Alabama for the literacy initiative aimed at getting books into the hands of young children. District Judge Jon Folmar, Crenshaw County’s Children’s Policy Council chairman, received a note of thanks along with Parton’s biography “Dream More” and a mug declaring, “I will always love you” from the library’s state office.
