* First Baptist Church, Luverne Women on Mission will take part in a fun/work day April 10, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

* The Alabama-Crenshaw Baptist Association will host its monthly food distribution on Saturday, April 19 beginning at 9 a.m.

* First Baptist Church in Luverne will host a SONrise Service at 6 a.m.with refreshments to follow. Worship with communion will also be held at 10:45 a.m.

* Alabama-Crenshaw WMU is hosting its April meeting featuring guest speaker Tammy Renfroe with special music by Cody Adams at Chapel Hill Baptist Church Monday, April 21. Dinner begins at 6 p.m. with service following.

* Save the date for “Wonder Junction” VBS at First Baptist Church Luverne, June 8 – 12.

* Grace Bible Church at 4737 Montgomery Highway in Luverne is studying  the “Love and Respect” DVD marriage series by Emerson Eggrichs. Classes meet every other Sunday at 6 p.m.
