County Round Up awards students

Students in Crenshaw County competed on Saturday, April 5, for the County Round Up with 4-H. Held at the Tom Harbin Agricultural Center, the event featured students who competed in a variety of categories: photography, baking, public speaking and more. Winners of these competitions are eligible to compete at the regional event later this month.
The winners in each category are:
Bake Off: First Place – Eli Sanders, Luverne High School (LHS); Second Place – Julie White, Highland Home School (HHS) and Third Place – Kenley Pettus, Crenshaw Christian Academy (CCA).
World I See: First Place – Summerlin White, HHS; Second Place – Julie White, HHS and Third Place – Ashlynn Vanlieu, CCA.
Speak Up Alabama: First Place – Maggie Ballard, Brantley High School (BHS) and Second Place – Braelynn Blackmon, BHS.
World I Imagine: First Place – Julie White, HHS; Second Place – Ashlynn Vanlieu, CCA and Third Place – Summerlin White, HHS.
Graphic Design: First Place – Summerlin White, HHS
What WOOD U Build: First Place – Evelyn Rain, LHS
Freestyle Showcase: First Place – Katherine Royal, BHS; Second Place – Maggie Ballard, BHS and Third Place – Asher Williams, CCA.
eXTreme Birdhouse: First Place – Evelyn Rain, LHS; Second Place – Asher Williams, CCA and Third Place – Ashlynn Vanlieu, CCA.
