Local auto parts manufacturer ITAC has named Nanci Betton as its April Team Member. Nominated by her supervisor, Yongho Lee, Betton was ranked as excellent in every benchmark and commended for her commitment to teamwork, hard work and a great attitude.

“As the production is operated under a HALF/HALF system due to a decrease in personnel according to changes in the daily target quantity, she has to change and manage the workers’ work positions frequently,” Lee said in the nomination. “As a team leader, she handles it well so that the team members do not complain.” 

Monthly team member awardees receive a certificate of appreciation and a designated parking spot to honor their commitment and positive contribution. They are also honored by a mention on ITAC’s social media platforms.

Lee noted how Betto carried out supervisory duty for a team member’s area with ease and a positive attitude.

“As a team leader, she takes the lead  carrying new tasks requested by the company,” Lee said.
