The Crenshaw County Dolly Parton Imagination Library program is growing by leaps and bounds. On Tuesday, Children’s Policy Council chairman Judge Jon Folmar learned the county’s program was ranked among the top three in Alabama for percentage growth. Since its launch in November, the program has enrolled 250 children into the program aimed at fostering literacy among Crenshaw County’s youngest readers.
