The threat of severe weather did not deter young ladies from shining brightly on the stage Saturday for the Miss Crenshaw County pageant. As a precaution, organizers held all competitions beginning at 11:30 a.m. ahead of storms. The winners crowned in the Luverne School auditorium are Itsy Miss Crenshaw County Cadence Ponder, Tiny Miss Crenshaw County Madilyn Kendrick, Future Little Miss Crenshaw County Collins Walters, Little Miss Crenshaw County Symphony Liggett, Petite Miss Crenshaw County Stella Strickland, Junior Miss Crenshaw County Maggie McCormick, Teen Miss Crenshaw County McKenzie Fulton and Miss Crenshaw County MaKaylah Green. 

Directors for the pageant were Mackenzie Daniel and Layken Sanders.

“We are extremely thankful for all of the girls who competed and very proud of each and every one of the contestants,” Sanders said. “We are excited for this upcoming year with our winners.”
