Local auto parts manufacturer ITAC has named Cedric Rumph as its March Team Member. Nominated by his supervisor, Shirley Hall, Rumph works on the first-shift and is recognized for his excellence as a team player with high attention to quality standards.

“Cedric is a team player,” Hall said in the nomination. “His good work ethic speaks for itself.

“[Cedric] is always willing to help others. His ability to lead by example is a real strength.”

Monthly team member awardees receive a certificate of appreciation and a designated parking spot to honor their commitment and positive contribution. They are also honored by a mention on ITAC’s social media platforms.

“Having you on the team makes a huge difference,” Hall said to Rumph. “Thanks for going the extra mile.”
