Sixteen Crenshaw County Public School students, across two classes, recently earned their Electrical Helper Certification through a partnership between the Crenshaw County School System and Lurleen B. Wallace Community College (LBW). Offered through LBW’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education program, this certification provides students with hands-on training and a credential from the Alabama Community College System (ACCS), preparing them for careers in construction and related fields. In addition to the students, two members of the Crenshaw County Board of Education maintenance department also completed the program, further strengthening the county’s skilled workforce.
