“During this morning’s swearing-in ceremony, I was pleased to appoint Mrs. Sipper as Crenshaw County Circuit Clerk following the recent resignation of Ms. Gibson,” Poole said. “Mrs. Sipper has many years of experience in the clerk’s office, and I am very confident that the transition will be smooth. The circuit clerk’s office is in great hands, and I know she will ensure things run smoothly with no future issues.”

The circuit clerk is a vital figure in the judicial system, responsible for maintaining court records, overseeing jury selection and ensuring the smooth operation of legal proceedings in Crenshaw County.

Having served in the circuit clerk’s office for 34 years, Sipper said she embraces both the challenges and opportunities of her new role. She emphasized her commitment to transparency and operational efficiency.

“I am honored to accept the position of Crenshaw County Circuit Clerk,” said Sipper. “I have lived in Crenshaw County my entire life and it’s a special place to me. As I take on this position, I want the Citizens of Crenshaw County to know that I am dedicated to this office and its duties. I want to thank Judge Poole for his confidence in me and I look forward to serving the citizens of Crenshaw County.”
