September 13

* Andrew Lawayne Powell, 35 – Promoting prison contraband first, three counts failure to appear: two counts NWNI, domestic violence third degree harassment 

September 15

* Jeremiah Moseley, 36 – Hold for outside agency

* De’Sean Jamar Powell, 26 – Hold for outside agency

September 16

* Joe Javor Arnold, 24 – Failure to p criminal mischief second degree, criminal trespass third degree

* Stephanie Rose Campbell, 42 – Harassment, criminal mischief third degree
