“My name is Moose Miles, and I am a 2-year-old chocolate lab/blue heeler mix. I get the zoomies often, but there is just so much to see in this world! My family says that it is entertaining when I ‘run wild.’ My favorite treat is a Pup Cup from Chick-fil-A. When we pull into the drive through, I always get in Mom’s lap so I can stick my head out the window and make sure they don’t forget my Pup Cup!”

Grant Carr and Taylor Stewart Carr, of Luverne, said they were scrolling through Facebook when they saw some puppies in need of adoption. When his parents saw him, they knew he had to join their family, and they could not wait to give him a loving home. The day before Moose Miles went to his forever home, his parents spent the entire night discussing names. They were so excited to pick up their pup, but the excitement soon changed to worry when their pup got very sick that same day. Moose had parvo. He survived the parvo and recovered well from a bone infection he battled months later. Moose loves adventure, but trouble seems to follow him. He had a run-in with bees and cut his leg while out in the woods.  According to his mom, Moose is very loving and a bit of a goofball. When he needs to go out to potty, he puts his paw on his mom or dad and stares at them until he is let out. The Carrs love Moose very much and say he always keeps them on their toes.
