Coach Jonny Mitchell was recognized on Monday, Jan.17 for his 400th career win against Alabama Christian when his girls basketball team defeated ACA 46-41.

Coach Mitchell is the Highland Home head coach for all basketball teams, coaches JV football, and is the offensive coordinator for varsity football. Coach Mitchell also coordinates youth league basketball.

He is a 1990 graduate of Brantley High School and he and his wife Carrie Jackson Mitchell are parents to four children, and grandparents to a three week old grandson.
