The Crenshaw County Education Retirees Association was represented at AERA District 9 Annual Meeting in Enterprise, Ala. on July 27.

Susan Helms, district director, presided over the meeting.

The delegates were Linda Sexton (left), local president, and Lucy Summerlin (right), membership committee chair. Jill Jackson (center), AERA executive director, presented the state office reports: membership, education retirees’ trust fund and community service program.

The local association will hold a membership drive for the 2021-22 year in October.
